Starting Out Well.

I can't really track my food today because we ate at a restaurant (Pueblo Viejo) and I can't find nutrition information for what I ate so I'll just hope I don't gain. But I do have to pat myself on the back, went to the grocery and didn't buy ANY junk food for me other than a box of Jingos crackers which have 130 calories in 23 crackers and no saturated fat. I did lousy in January but have gotten my head together for the rest of the year and ready to get it on weight wise. Lots of plans for me and have already started with a no junkfood mindset. So onward and forward and down with the scale!
