Week 4 of SP

This week hasn't quite went down the way I thought it would. I ended up taking a three day rest. I still walked 1 to 2 miles every night, but I had to stop the workouts. I finally started again today and I feel great. I looked forward to jogging and I can't wait to start my workout later. I guess both my body and mind needed a vacation. I won't let myself be upset that the scale probably won't budge this week. I feel stronger and I feel better. That will be my accomplishment.
In other news.. The "spill over" effect that they talk about in the spark book is taking place. By being healthier I am improving all parts of my life. Relationships are better, I am making goals again and I am sleeping better. I have sparked other people. My grandparents are eating healthier and starting to walk several times a week. My future husband is now working out and eating healthier as well. I am playing with my daughter alot more. Instead of watching I join in.
