This morning the school district I work for had a 2 hour delay due to the weather. I was already up when I got the call so I used the extra time to do 2 things.

First, I cleaned my frig and kitchen cupboards and got rid of all bad things. My biggest downfall is snacking after school. Before this week, I probably was consuming between 400 - 600 calories after school everyday! (I'm serious). My after school snacking was really bad. Well, it's all gone now!!! No more temptations. All thats left is healthy stuff.

Next, I tried on some clothes and made a pile of pants that I need to get back into. At the beginning of the school year I bought some new dress pants to wear to work. I bought them because I told myself I needed new pants, but really I bought them because I was afraid that the ones I had wouldn't fit. Well, when I tried them on I was right. Not one pair fit. They were all really tight. I put them in the order that I think I can get back into them and put them in a pile on my bedroom floor. I will put them back into the closet as I lose weight.

After I got these 2 tasks done I felt much better. It was time to leave for work. It was a great day at school. I celebrated the 100th day of school with my kindergarten class. Only 80 more days to go until summer break!!!!

    Good job! Cleaning out the fridge/pantry is a big step towards healthy living!
