got off to a late start today but late is better than never. i had to rest up for awhile to let the pain subside in my back. i want to workout but am afraid i will damage myself further. now what? i will not give up because of this injury... i will just have to figure out a way around it. i am open to any all suggestions. keep me in your prayers as someday i will have to have surgery.
