Walking, bicycling, body weight exercises. I've found fitness dvds to be useful, and my wife used a program from Prevention magazine that got her started. If you're interested, I can look for it online and send it your way. Good luck!
I mainly walk, but I have started doing the Couch to 5 k running (jogging) program. I downloaded the interval podcasts and I am working on that. I've bought the 28 Day Bootcamp Video and I really like the variety of workouts that it gives you!
I like squats. Hate lunges. I like bicep curls, too... If I had access to a pool I'd swim! I like using a stationary bike when I get a chance. The rowing machines are pretty fun, too!
