the Roman Chair at my gym has been repaired, and I can put it to use! It has been on the fritz for 2 months...... a member lost one of the ball bearings. The owner thought it a small loss.
Not I! That lovely torture chair is my 1 true love!
So, I am thrilled it is back in business! More Results...::More Progress!
In the opening pic, the athlete is strengthening her abs/hamstrings/glutes, but when you reverse your position...:::you get this.
Here you can strengthen your back muscles/abs ....:::needless to say it is a whole body workout too.
Your body learns discipline, balance and endurance.
My new fitness trial & error choice:
I have decided to sprint ( for me that is a 9 minute/mile ) once around the track
( 1/4 mile ) between ST sets. It worked like a dream when I tried it last night.
I Circuit Trained for an hour. I felt So Strong when I finished!
I hope this trial/error will also increase my speed for my
coming up next week.
Getting in my morning fitness helps me to regulate my appetite for the rest of the day. Not only do I eat less (since activity causes the release of endorphins, which in turn diminishes appetite), I also tend to choose smaller portions of healthier foods.
