I did pretty good last month. I had my ups and downs like we all do, but I think I got all my goals accomplished inspite of the weather. January always seems like the longest month ever. And of course it didn't help that we all had some weird weather to contend with. Not to mention I have an icky boss to contend with. The only goal I didn't quite get to was the walking, but I'll try again this month. I did do alot bettter though getting in three to four walks a week.
My goals for the month of February are:
360 minutes of writing
360 minutes of reading
360 minutes of housework
720 minutes of cardio
240 minutes of strength training
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 or under the 2000 mark 90% of the time.
My goals for Saturday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
30 minutes of cardio
10 minutes of strength training
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 or below the 2000 calorie mark
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
