I'm just posting this image I found on Pinterest because it's been really motivating to me the past few weeks. In the past when I've "tried to lose weight", I definitely viewed going to the gym as a place where I would go for an hour a day because it would make me skinnier eventually. And I am completely guilty of not really going much further than the elliptical and getting a little sweaty. But, I am learning to really push myself challenge myself, and make myself sweat more. I don't want to leave the gym looking nice!!
