A New Month, A New(er) Me

Up until today I have lost my weight with the use of a dietary supplement and watching what I eat.
Today is where things changed! I started working out. I started slow, a mile on the treadmill and thought I would quit. After all, I do want to be able to walk tomorrow.
I'm excited about taking this next step and cannot wait to see my end results in a month!
