Since I do weekly goals, this was a pretty easy blog for me. :)
1 - 20 minutes of cardio each night I hit the gym. - I've found that the more cardio I add, the better results I see all around.
2 - 6 fruits/veggies each day. - Some days I do really well, some not so much. Trying to improve on this!
3 - Eat breakfast almost everyday. - I'm TERRIBLE about eating breakfast.
4 - Celebrate a victory everyday. (NOT scale related) - The Anti-Jared has taught me the importance of this!
5 - Read 1-2 books each week. - Working towards my 2013 goal of 100 books read.
6 - Finish going through my clothes. - As I lose weight, I'm donating what doesn't fit anymore. Three bags gone so far.
7 - Reach 220 pounds. (six to go) - I'm pushing towards my third 10% loss.
8 - Use a new piece of equipment at the gym. - Again, when I switch it up, the scale tends to move a little faster!
9- Do some sort of exercise everyday. - I do 4-5 days per week but would like to increase this to everyday.
10 - 7,500 daily steps. I know most people aim for 10,000 but I have not found that to be a feasible option for me. I only hit 10,000 on occasion and that's on days when I feel like I am running non-stop. This is a more practical goal for me.
