16 Days of Accountability- Day 1

I have a birthday on February 16th. I would love to feel great, and look great, on my big day. I fear that after the awful month of January that I may struggle to stay on track with my fitness and eating habits. So if you don't mind, I would like to blog daily to keep a level of accountability with myself and with my Sparkfriends.
Last night I had the social event at my new church, and I had a blast! I got to meet a lot of really nice people and had lovely conversations and such. It appears I will officially be converting to Episcopalian!
I did eat some spaghetti. I have a wheat allergy which requires that I take a dose of diuretic with consumption of a large amount of wheat and apparently I am out of that medication. No big deal- I'm just drinking lemon water and caffeinated beverages today to help rid myself of that bloat. I eat spaghetti maybe once every five years, so it's typically not an issue! I live primarily gluten free, and have for some time. So I didn't realize I was out of the diuretic.
I also had a lot of treats for desert and drank some red wine. But it was all worth it. A great time was had by all!
Today I am staying on track with my meals. I'm keeping my food tracker hidden for the time-being... just because I'm not always consistent with tracking. When I get back to tracking consistently I'll make it public again.
I start my new job on Monday! I haven't worked full time in awhile so it will be quite the transition!
I'm not going to post my weight today cause I know a lot of it is bloat. I'll weigh in publicly when I eliminate the bloat.
