4weeks I have been doing really well. I have had one day where I ate FARRRRRRRR too much, but one day didn't turn into a week or two & that is amazing in it'self.

Stoked to be down to 88kg from 91.5 a month ago. Noticing the difference now in other places. My watch slips up my wrist a bit easier now & I can see in my face as well. I luvvvvvve that!

So on I go to week 5...woot!woot!

    Congratulations!!! you are doing so well, I know I had to fight the all or nothing thinking that if I blew it then I would think why bother trying. So I try not to take slip ups too seriously now and just keep going. And that sounds like what you have done too So well done emoticon
