I can't believe it, I'm just shy of losing 5 kilos in 4 weeks. I'm so proud of myself. All I needed was 110 grams, and I would of been in the 70's. The program that I'm on had this last week as a high carb week, which meant that the whole week was all carbs (healthy) of course, it's so my body doesn't work out the carb cycling. As our bodies are so clever, so next week will be interesting. I'm so close to going down a dress size I can't wait.
On wards and upwards to continue.
