So this week was more of a get back on track type of week. Whenever I go off course I find its easiar to do a one day at a time sort of thing. Monday I would stay in my calorie range. Tuesday I do that plus drink all my water. Wednesday all that plus some exercise, etc.. Today is exactly 2 weeks until my Vegas trip! I want to continue to drink all my water, stay in my ranges, get in all my servings of fruits & veggies, and exercise. My main goal would be to have my pants fit a little looser. My TOM is in the next couple days so I know I feel a lil bloated because of that, but, I really want to stay on track these next 2 weeks! Im going to try and work out everyday. I want to also try to do some sort of ab workout each day. I HATE working out my abs. I notice when I do though I feel a lot better about my mid section... So Im going to just do it.. I always feel so crappy right before TOM and I just wish I would start and get it over with! I hope everyone has a great Friday and a fun weekend!
