So, this week starts our company wide "Biggest Loser" challenge.
I'm not sure how I feel about it. I did well when I participated in one last year here on SP. I was serious about it, I trained at the gym a lot. I ate better. I counted my calories.
I'm just not feeling it this time. UGH. I can't weigh in until I stop thru my own base, sometime next week (like the 5th). Which means that I don't want to do anything toward my weight loss goals until I've weighed in. In fact, there's a thought that I should gain a couple quick pounds...or maybe down a whole bunch of water right before I go weigh in.
Ok, now I'm looking forward to it. Except maybe the before and after pictures. ICK.
