So yesterday I just had a cheese sandwich and a special K bar. So basically I had less than 500 calories. My calorie intake has yoyo'd all this week by me eating 1200-1400 calories one day then less than 1000 calories the next. It's worked in the way of I've lost 1lb so far but I don't know how long it will last, I don't feel that hungry anymore which is a good thing I guess.
Yesterday I also went for a 3.5 mile walk and today I had a 1 mile walk, its not much but it did the trick. Like today I had 4 slices of cheese pizza with a can of diet coke and a cup of lentil soup... so its been another day of low calorie intake but its in the 1200-1300 calorie range I think...
I'll try and keep updating this since it's sorta a motivation.
