February Goals & Starting Point

It's a new month! I start the month 8 lbs down from my weight in January! So 195 is my February starting weight. Here are the pics. I hate my stomach, but I love the definition beginning in the stomach area on the sides! I must have worked my obliques!
1. Drink 64 ounces of water day!
2. Do not go over 2100 Calories a Day!
3. Sleep at least 6 hours a night!
