Hi. Well, I can't just post about good days. So here goes, I went to a Chinese restaurant with a friend and thought I did okay. I made not the greatest choices, but the portions were small and I didn't eat much food. So I figured it up when I got home and I ate 1528 calories for lunch. Ugh! I had no idea that it would be that much.
On the flip side, I walked 45 minutes with my walking buddy Amy and it was great. I walked faster today than I have done previously.
Future note to self: Avoid Chinese restaurants because I will not eat the good stuff (broccoli, veggies, etc.).
