January is over!
Started at 165
ended at 158
Lost 3 inches of my tummy from 35 to 31
lost an inch from each thigh
Worked out almost every day
Got sick twice, went on antibiotics, DIDNT LET THAT STOP ME
Hiked, almost eliminated alcohol
Had clean nutrition 95% of the time!!! WOOOHOO
HAWAII IN 7 DAYS :)))
SEEING MY BOYFRIEND IN 5 DAYS!!!!!!!!!
I am planning on working out daily, even on my vacation. How can one not run along a beautiful beach and ocean?
Enjoy my time in Hawaii with my family
Eat clean but enjoy my vacation
Keep working hard at work and school
Not give up no matter what you gotta keep going :)
Get down to 150!!!
