Ok, I have to admit to myself that I have to pretty much start over on my weight loss goals. It killed me to add weight to the weight tracker, since I went off the Spark plan for 3 months! So of the 37 lbs I had lost, I found 17 again!
Since February has 28 days, I figured this would be the perfect time to REALLY do the Spark 28-Day Bootcamp plan.
Hopefully, this time I will realize that Spark really does work...even when I "think" I can do it on my own.
