Jan. sparkly calendar. Blue stars for walking and silver for doing the DVD. I'm kind of proud of it. I forgot my star for the 30th so mentally add one on there for me, ok?
Drop 5 pounds - this one is confusing. The doct. office was different than mine. Since I (blessedly) go rarely to his office, I need to use my scale. So I had to adjust. I think it was more like four lbs but hey, that's close!
Burn 2275 calories per week - avg. 1576/wk; I'm so proud of that!
Cut calories by 2100 - grrrr; but I'm still losing
Walk exercise for 180 min.; this will be hard to track because I did DVD some and walked outside some;

At least I'm headed in the right direction!
PS Toby update: We don't know what's wrong with Toby. Hoping he doesn't have more accidents while home alone this afternoon. The vet gave him some meds to calm things down. We'll see how that goes. Thanks for all the well wishes!
