I've done my first workout at the gym since my induction on the first Saturday of January. 15 mins on the treadmill, 5 mins - which nearly killed me - on the vario stepper then 10 mins on the rowing machine. I had another 20 mins, but if I had done that I wouldn't have got a swim in so I finished there. I'll try and get in earlier next time so I can complete the workout. I then swam for 30 mins - 30 lengths, just short of half a mile. I got cramp on my foot or I would have done the last two lengths to finish.

    I used to get cramp in my feet when I was swimming, but as my legs got stronger it stopped! It's difficult sometimes to decide where best to spend the time, but well done on the rowing machine, that's a hard beast but so good for the knees!
