Day one (again)

Did the day one c25k my goal was to finish it and keep moving through the whole thing and I did it. Tiny pathetic goal from where I used to be, but hey depression is a B*tch. So far this week I lifted weights 3 times, and other cardio 2 times. I am happy with this start.
