Yesterday was another good day – ate within calories (top of range), drank my water, did my minimum cardio, and went to bed early.
The commutes to and from work yesterday were horrible due to sudden snow squalls. It took me close to two hours to drive into work. That said, I am so thankful not to be on I-75 in the middle of the horrible traffic accident. There was a mile long stretch of vehicles that were in a chain reaction accident during a squall that cause white out conditions (about 50 vehicles impacted). Several kids died. Just tragic.
Be thankful for what you have. You never know how quickly things can change.
I’m not sure of my February goals. I’ll figure them out over the weekend. I’m happy with my January, but need to figure out what changes I need to make (if any) to my goals and my life to keep moving forward. And I need to decide if I'm happy with my pace of change.
Today is really busy at work, so the January recap and the February goals will have to wait for the weekend. And it's going to be a busy weekend too!
