So here it is, February. I have spent some time working on my goals for the month and wanted to take a moment to share with you.

Febraury Goals:

Exercise every day
Complete month 2 of Insanity
Eat Healthy 80% of the time
Lose 5 lbs by end of month

February Fitness Self-Challenges:

100 Squats every day
Learn to scale the wall at the indoor climbing gym
