Back and Bicep

P90x - Back and Bicep

This workout is pretty tough for me. My biceps get rolled pretty quick and are my weak point for sure. I still love it though. It is freezing out so I am being pretty lazy about the cardio. My diet has been legit the last few days.

Tomorrow I am doing shoulders and triceps.
