I thought that I wouldn't be able to ever manage to lose a bit over 10 pounds in my first month of being back on track with my food and counting my calories and staying within range (actually, a bit below).
Many have told me that it's impossible for me to do it with my condition, including medical people. When you hear this from people who are supposed to be and ACT as professionals, you have a tendency of believing it. At least, I did. But I was so wrong.
Losing a bit over 10 pounds in 34 days AND while having a hypothyroid is a REAL proof that impossible is ONLY an opinion. Don't keep yourself back JUST because SOMEONE said it's impossible because it's just that - AN OPINION!
I'm looking forward for this month - I will be as good as possible on ALL days except for the 3 nights we're spending in London (me and mum). I'm still not planning to binge on those days, mind you. It's about VACATIONING and not eating! If I eat perfectly well on the rest of the 25 days... and eat just a bit more than usual on just those 3 days, I should be fine anyway on the 1st of March when I weigh myself.
Remember: Impossible is ONLY an opinion. Don't let anyone or anything discourage you from reaching your goals!!!!
PS: ended at 1152 kcal today.
