Exercise For Your Heart's sake!!

February is a Great Time to Focus on Your Heart Health! No matter what the Scale is saying, Your Heart needs Daily Activity. Your Brain does, too, but I didn't have a Cute Image of a Brain handy, LOL!!

What is YOUR Non Scale Motivation For choosing to Eat Healthy and Work Out when you aren't seeing Progress on the Scale? Or if you are in Maintenance?

    I did 230 minutes of fun exercise, but I have no red to wear. Pinks, reds and oranges do not cross my threshold as they clash terribly with my orange hair :P

    I really like your blog and LOVE your "cute image" (I'm a huge SNOOPY fan!). I just joined the Walking/Leslie Sansone Team and I'm already seeing some Negative Nellies on the board so your encouragement is refreshing and appreciated.
I'm trying really hard to improve my heart health because I have high cholesterol and my father died of a massive coronary when he was in his early 50's (I'm 44). I have a lot of symptoms that make me worry about coronary artery disease but the doctors have done a heart scan and stress test and tell me I'm very healthy so it must be all in my head! I sure hope they are right because I have two boys that will still need their momma for a couple more years and it would be sad if I weren't around or well enough to enjoy the special times ahead!
Hope you continue to make progress in your workout this month!

  This is my second week to do 2 miles every morning(walking). I am wearing my red shirt today for healthy heart month.
