Have I mentioned how much I love my Fitbit? I really like looking a the feedback on the computer. It is interesting to see how much of my life is sedantary. I'm am using it to movitvate me to get up and away from the computer on a periodic basis, aside from the regular times I set up for exercise.
I also set up a weight loss plan. Now it tells me how many calories I can eat for the rest of the day, based on how much I exercise and my weight loss goals. What a great tool!
