As Promised....Weight Broken Down and Measurements For Today!

Friday, February 01, 2013

I used my new scale today. Here are my results.

I'm 5'9.5" Female, Age emoticon

Today my weight is 206.4
Body Fat is 43.3% emoticon
Water 39.9%
Bone 5.6 lbs
BMI 29.9%

Bi's (L)..........12.9in
Wrist (L).........6.7in
Leg (L)...........28.3in
Ankle (L).........9.4in

I may not look it, but I have quite a bit of weight to lose. I have implemented a lot of new things, and I make the changes starting today. Make my small meals, and get more sleep each night. If that means turning off the lights, tv, computer, cell phone early. That's what I will do.

My short term goal is to lose 18-20 lbs by April 6th. That is my brother's wedding day. I am the best women. I want to look good and feel good that day.

My long term goal is to weight 145-150lbs I was quite comfortable at that weight.

Sounds awesome. We're at the same height and your current weight is where I'm aiming to be by end of Summer. I believe in you and that emoticon
