Back and starting again

Friday, February 01, 2013

I've been gone a long time. Life gets in the way sometimes. I did OK until three months ago. I had to quit my personal trainer and personal yoga coach because of finances. I've gained 25 pounds since. Now I've got to try to do it on my own. I am so discouraged because I had reached my goal and stayed there two years. After all that hard work, now I'm starting over.

If I did it once I can do it again, but it will be harder this time because I don't have the resources. I'll take all the help I can get.

emoticon Hi Climber you deserve a metal for starting again. How are you doing? What progress have you made? I've climbed at Joshua Tree 40+ years ago. It was eagle's nest. Do you know it? emoticon

You do NOT need coaches to do this -- it all comes from within.

I am sorry you have been having a tough time...but it is nice to see you back!

SP does have a lot of great resources and teams maybe there is one here to help keep you on track to reach your goals? emoticon

Hey climber! I'm in TX too. I live in Leander (just north of Austin.)

I'm so sorry you have got to work off those 25 pounds. Just start from the first phase....set small attainable goals. You can do this.
