Well - I made it through the January Vegan Challenge, and have decided to add a few more "don't eat items" into the diet for the month of February. I got the additional items from the "Virgin Diet." So the additional items includes:
Sugar (including artifical sweetner).
I'm hoping that I may be able to track down a few lasting symptoms of digestion issues, that I have noticed over the past month.
So I guess here goes the Virgin Diet Challenge!
