This link was a challeng on the 1 day challenge team. I have done it three times now and I love it. It's not easy but I sure feel it in my thighs. It's also a good cardiac or maybe that's because I don't breath right when I'm doing it.
BE CAREFUL not to hurt yourself. One member posted that she had on onset of an asthma attach.
