Well one of my New Years resolution was to work hard and eat healthy! My goal is to reach 170 lbs by December 31st or sooner in 2013! Since January 1st I have been Working Out everyday, Drinking 64 oz of Water, & Eating Healthy! Well its been a month since I have committed and I have stayed focused and consistent to all that I said I would do! In the past I have Worked Out but it was 2 or 4 times a Week but I've never worked out everyday and I'm really enjoying it! Working Out everyday is becoming like 2nd nature to me! Drinking Water was such a struggle before I really hated Water! I only drank Water when I was Working Out only! But now I drink 64 oz of Water each day and now I'm really enjoying Water now! To stay consistent and focused I decided that I should join a Challenge on Sparkpeople so I would really stick to Working Out & not stop doing it! It was my 1st Challenge ever & I'm soo happy and proud that I completed the January Jumpstart Challenge on January 30th 2013! It was indeed a great feeling to see myself really complete this Challenge & never quit! I gotta say having people on my Team and also others really helped me stay consistent & the support they gave me really helped me in soo many ways! And Finally since the beginning of January I vowed that I would eat healthier & I have! I even have one day a week that's Meatless and I only eat just Vegetables & Fruit No Meat & so far so good! So I am good so far & yeah I'm not perfect I still have cravings for sweets & chips but I am finding new ways to cope in regards to my urges & so far since January 1st I have not touched Lay's Potato Chips! Oh man thats huge because they are such a weakness for me! Its been 30 days since I have eaten those Chips! Oh man that makes me proud of myself! I even have a tracker tracking it & everyday I get to check the box off because I didn't eat those Chips makes me happy!
Overall looking back at all the things I changed since the beginning of the Year def tells me I'm making some really good strives to creating a healthier me! So I'm gonna keep going and hope that February will be just as great as January has been!
