So I joined 24 Hour Fitness last night (they had a good special of only 29.99/mo and it ended at midnight so I decided I should sign up rather than wait until Saturday). I also made another Mason Jar Salad today with cabbage, spinach, strawberries, goat cheese, radishes, bell pepper, and tomatoes. I am also using the pomegranate vinaigrette for the dressing. My whole salad is somewhere around 420 calories. I did stop and get a Starbucks coffee this morning and have been just sipping it slowly and enjoying it. I figure as long as its not a daily or even weekly treat its ok!.
I'm also going to be starting some supplements that two of my friends have been using in order to lose weight. Its called Plexus and I actually signed up to be an ambassador so if you're interested in hearing about it message me! I've seen some really awesome results from people who have used it and can't wait to see how I can make it work for me too. I'll probably be posting more as I go, since I have yet to actually officially start using it! I have no shame in drinking or taking a supplement if its natural and isn't just filled with random chemicals. The product is all natural and has some awesome health benefits including weight loss, lowering BP and cholesterol, managing cravings, and also will help to stabilize blood sugar levels and if you're diabetic its safe and effective to use!
I'm pretty excited about combining all of these tools and seeing results!
