To take a walk in my new work shoes (no holes) on my lunch break
To drink 2 litres of water.
No Lift at all
To park at the bottom of the car park so I have a bit further to walk!
I weighed myself today - the stress this week as apparently counteracted my poor food choices as I am 2 pounds down.
This means in total since the start of the year I have lost just over 4 pounds. Woo!
I measured my hips waist thighs and upper arm today and they have all lost a centimetre or two as well!
Its a good start to being comfortable in my plane seat at the end of the year!
Just need to keep on moving.
Had a long chat with my manager about the things that I have been concerned about at work and we have a plan of action.
All in all feeling pretty positive. 7 Day Run coming up which gives me routine to exercise within!
