Fruits and Vegetables and greek yogurt

So I am a very slow loser and I sabotage myself on the weekends. So I loose and gain and loose and gain.
But I had a breakthrough this week. So I'm eating 4-6 fruits and vegetables a day. This keeps me full throughout the day and I still have smaller amounts of regular foods.
And Dannon Vanilla greek yogurt. Protein, calcium, and tastes like desert.
It's helping with weight loss and I'm committed to getting fit and healthy this year.
I'm also listening to the Half-sized me podcast. It's really inspirational and keeping me on track.
