Well- This month I stuck to my goals.. I wanted to get under 150 before today.. I did not quite make it. I did lose 6.8 pounds which is pretty good I think! I am happy with it. I have not worked out as intensly the last 2 weeks bc I had sick kids last week and this week I hurt my foot and have slight vertigo so I could not go to Zumba or inZanity on Wed. I also have not been able to run. It's my sons party this week end and I am going to make healthy food choices.
This month my goal is to lose 3-4 pounds, work out 4 days a week after work, walk everyday at work, and do weights 2-3 days a week.
