My main goal for February is to have more energy, be more active, and be under 270 pounds by March 1st. ( It will be -13 pounds)
I plan to do this by
Going to the gym 3 times a week, working out at least 1 hr each workout.
Working out at home once a week at least 20 minutes. ie. Workout videos, Wii, Walk around neighborhood. (Adding more time/days to each week)
Drinking 70+ ounces a water a day.
Eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as healthy snacks while tracking everything I consume, and staying within my calorie range. except for the Cut, and Burn.
Don't eat late in the evening, and add more fruits, and veggies.
Cut & Burn - Cut 100 calories a day off my calories while burning 100 calories a day.
Take my medicine on time daily.
Attend and Stay for my TOPS meeting.
Routinely Blog my Feelings & Activities.
