Hi Everyone

In the spirit of Super Bowl Sunday coming up, take a look at this incredible story called "The only disability in life is a bad attitude":

Note: for some strange reason, I'm having trouble getting this video to play from the direct blog entry, but it does work from the main blog list at this link:

As a die hard fan of the Raven's, who is originally from Maryland, I loved this for so many reasons. Everything he said is true. Bad attitudes can really ruin good choices. As a fan I know that the Raven's are definitely a unit,or better yet a family! They care about each other , and they consider their fans as part of the team. It does not surprise me that they responded and reacted the way they did. Thank You

Took me a few days to get around to listening to this. I have heard versions of this message before but this guy really says it with the right heart, the right dramatic twist, the right presence to capture my mind. The only disability is a bad attitude. The ONLY disability is a bad attitude!

Ouch! That hurt, but I needed it. For several months, I've had a bad attitude off & on. Some days, my attitude is good or OK, but other times it has stunk. I used to think that I was a positive person, but since Dad's died, & it's just mom & I having to pay bills without dad's social security check, just hers, what my brother sends once a month & what I bring in working as an at-home medical transcriptionist getting paid by the line, it's been extremely hard. I see us going downhill more than going uphill, but mom sees us going uphill. She sees us getting better. However, in light of his story, what do I have to complain about?

What a powerful statement from a person that nobody would blame for complaining. I'm adding it to my vision board. "The only disability in life is a bad attitude."
