So January has proved challenging because I cannot do any UB ST due to this *expletives galore* shoulder- so frustrating.
But that's no reason to totally give up;
I've been walking at least 30mins a day and doing either a core or LB workout or a combo of both every other day. Have tried my bike but leaning forward for the handlebars seems to aggravate it.
SO for February- until I get the say so for UB workouts to commence from my physio it'll be more of the same.
At least a 30 min walk each day, preferably an hour.

LB on days I don't do core
eat well and in range
go to the pub quiz next Thursday and give em hell (we WILL win this month and earn a free round of drinks for the team- Sweet Charity! *get it? charity shop girls LOL*)
and the meal b4 hand???
I've chosen it already; a healthy char-grilled swordfish steak with new pots and ratatouille and baked fruit with creme fraiche for afters
Meet up with Jackie and make a foursome with our hubbies for a meal out at the Grapes;
Sea Bass Fillet probably or Chicken
and yeah.....what the hell.......Profiteroles. A once in a while treat but soooo wicked
