I took a few months off of Spark to put things into perspective and because it was all so overwhelming. I have found a different way to track my food and exercise that has graphs and bars and such and so won't be tracking here but I am back for the community and the challenges! :D I have lost 12 lbs since being gone, and 16 total in January. I am looking forward to the rest of this year and hope to get to know you all again!!
