Off to a great start!

I just joined Sparkpeople again yesterday and this morning I did my first workout. I like the Walk Away the Pounds with Leslie Sansone DVD's. She is so supportive and likes to laugh. I've already drank a few glasses of water, had a healthy breakfast and tracked everything in the fitness and nutrition trackers :) I'm feeling good.
