NEW MONTH..NEW CHALLENGE...GET YOUR SQUAT ON

It's February..the month of LOVE..so I choosing to do a challenge I love to hate and my body more specifically my butt will love me for..not to mention my thighs and core SQUATS!! Don't quite understand the love/hate relationship between us two..I find it quite comical to say the least cuz they are so easy to do if you do say 20..but this is a challenge so my goal to start is no less than 100 a day.. Most days I plan to split it 50/50 in morn and night..but I plan to throw in some days of straight 100 as well as weighted squats. I'm also want to throw in meatless Mondays just because emoticon

So my one weightloss goal this month is to hit 5lbs gone...
So here's my month of fitness:

So I'm doing walking,ST,RevAbs(which I'm rather enjoying), and squats..

Let's have an awesome month in February and work more on loving our bodies and embracing it rather than being over critical and hard on ourselves and it

    You'd be much more efficient to lower the reps to 5-10 and up the weight substantially.
