I know recycling is supposed to be a good thing, but not when it comes to weight. I'm tired of recycling weight & I know you are too. Lose 5-10 pounds just to gain it back later. Not this time! I'm not recycling!
I've lost 10 pounds for the month of January! Yeah baby!! I will not recycle, I will NOT recycle! I gotta keep moving even when I don't want to. I want to start working out twice a day. I set my clock to get up at 5 am to work out, but I turn it off & wait for the 6 am alarm to go off & then I get ready for work. I guess I need to go to bed in my workout clothes to make me want to get out of my warm bed. Any suggestions?
On a different note, I had a friend text me about how well she was doing with her weight lost. When I lived in CA, she was 20-30 pounds heavier than me. Now she's 50 pounds lighter than me! WTW How did I let myself go? I'm totally happy for her, but that was an eye opener. Then she tells me I'm her motivation (how sweet). She remembers how I use to drag her to the gym & force her to workout. LOL I was a little of a drill sgt when it came to working out. Now she's going to the gym & using work out DVDs to help with her journey & she hears my voice pushing her. Well, I need to push myself & get back to that drill sgt mode!
No looking back! I have the tools & a plan to become a success story! Time to push a little harder!
