First the good news- my new clothes still fit.
The Bad News- I am up 15 pounds from October. Part of it is water retention-my meds are off and I just got my medical reimbursement card straight so I can get it fixed. That will help.
The only things I have been consistent on are water and some movement everyday. I need to get back to 60+ minutes per day, but at least I move 20 per day no matter what and usually 30.
It has been a hard few months. Changes-even happy and good ones are stressful.
It is colder this year. My body doesn't like cold; my joints ache.
I think this is why I haven't blogged in so long. I am whiny. January has been one long round of coughing and sore throats. I only have some of my vocal range back and choir started back up on Wednesday. I hate singing flat.
I can barely sing the C above middle C-usually the G above the line is easy.
Today would have been a good day to stay home and sleep. It is cold outside, so my knees ache. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to get substitutes and it would put a burden on my colleagues to have my students added to theirs.
I need a plan. I need a goal. It is the first of February and I want it to be a better month.
