I have been very enthusiastic at the gym lately. Well, I should say that I have a trainer who is very enthusiastic. I am super sore! I'm kindof proud to be super sore, but, at the same time, I'm super sore. I'm having trouble finding a balance between working out enough to lose weight and not working out to the point of it not even being productive or even causing injury.
I don't know what is the best amount of exercise! I have read so much conflicting information. One thing for sure is that when I only work out for thirty minutes three times a week, I don't lose. Even when I work out thirty minutes 5 times a week, I might not lose. I have therefore pushed and pushed myself so that now I am working out 7 hours a week and I think that is working better for me. But maybe not more? I was going to do more this week, but ouch!
It's a dilemma... another half inch off the waist, though...
