I'm back

Hi everyone how are you doing? i hope everyone is well. I haven't been on for a few months. I have been dealing with an injury. I ruptured my achilles tedon oct 23 2012. I am still in recovery but i am making progress even though it is very slow. I missed spark people i am glad that i am back. Well i just wanted to say hello.

    Yes...welcome back. Hang in there cause it's hard when you have an injury that restricts mobility. Makes it harder to get into the fitness part of the program. Hope you have found an exercise that works for you.
