So back in December I called in for a repair on my treadmill still under warranty.
Repair man said I need a new motor, motor belt and belt stand. This would tak about 2 weeks.
This is now 7 weeks later and my treadmill still sits there.
Sports Authority has really let us down. Over all this time I call them checking on the status and asking them if they really think this is "acceptable". All this time my warranty clock is ticking and I am without a treadmill so I have to walk outside. Which can really make my feet hurt cause it is cold out there and I have neuropathy.
This morning I ame home to a voice mail from them basically calling me a liar. She said I got the motor on Monday and gave me the tracking number.
That tracking number was for the motor belt - not the motor and I don't appreciate being called a liar.
Suffice it to say I will NOT buy from Sports Authority again.
IF I get the motor on Wednesday as promised I should be using my treadmill by Friday. Here's hoping.....
