My 49th birthday is in a few days and I weigh more than ever. I don't want to be fifty and fat so here is my goal: Lose 50 lbs (well actually 48) in 50 weeks (really 52) so I'll be thin by the time I'm 50 (a few days before).
Start date: 2/1/2013
Start weight: 198
End date: 2/1/2014
Goal weight: 150
